Vivian & Holt has been proudly established within the family since 1980, building a reputation for quality, reliability and beautifully crafted kitchens. What began as a traditional family showroom has grown and evolved over the decades - a journey we’re proud to share, from our original space to the showroom you see today.

Damion Vivian joined Vivian & Holt in 1995 as a kitchen fitter, learning the business from the ground up. In 2013, he became the owner, continuing the family legacy with the same values
at its core. Today, that legacy extends to the next generation, with two of Damion’s sons now working as kitchen fitters, ensuring the craftsmanship, care, and personal service that define
Vivian & Holt remain firmly within the family.

MEET THE TEAM
Damion Vivian – Director/Designer/Installer
Damion joined the company in 1995 as a trainee kitchen fitter then quickly progressed to become the main installer. After the recession hit in 2008 Damion took the opportunity to set up his own business as a kitchen and bathroom installer. In 2013, following a career of kitchen fitting Damion now runs the business, designs kitchens and when times are busy Damion also installs. Damion was born in Barton and Sea and has lived here all his life.
He is married to Sam and has 4 sons.
Martin Toms – Kitchen Designer/Installer
Martin joined the company in 2006 as an apprentice kitchen fitter working alongside Damion. In 2016 his career progressed to a designer - He is a much valued designer with a great portfolio of projects. When times are busy Martin is very hands on with the installation of kitchens. Martin moved to New Milton in 2016 from Stratford Upon Avon. He is married to Grace and has two daughters.
Max Vivian – Kitchen Fitter
Max, son of Damion and Sam, joined the company as an apprentice kitchen fitter in 2021. He qualified in 2023 and with great enthusiasm and passion has become an asset to our team.
Lloyd Vivian – Kitchen Fitter
Lloyd, son of Damion and Sam, joined the company in 2023 after spending four years working independently. Following that time building his own experience, he returned to become part of the family business.
Sam Vivian – Admin
Married to Damion. Sam has always worked in admin. She was employed locally for 15 years until she joined Vivian & Holt in 2014 as a part-time admin job share basis.
Nikki Luke – Admin
Nikki and Sam went to school together. After working locally Nikki joined the company in 2014 as a part-time admin job share basis. Nikki has lived locally for her whole life.
She is married to a local electrician and has 3 children.
Bodhi (Australian Labradoodle)
Bodhi was born in 2019, on New Years Day. We travelled up to Glasgow to get him. He is such a lovely boy with a fantastic nature. He wants to be friends with everybody.
Raffy (Australian Labradoodle)
We decided Bodhi needed a friend so along came Raffy. Raffy was born in March 2021. We travelled to Manchester to get him. Raffy is also a lovely boy
and is obsessed with balls!
